PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Shop Anmol, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms regarding purchase options, order cancellations, and modifications.


1. PURCHASE OPTIONS

We offer the following purchase options for our customers:

One-Time Purchases

  • All products available on our website can be purchased as a one-time order.
  • Payment is required in full at checkout.

Subscribe & Save (If Applicable)

  • Customers can opt for a subscription-based purchase option where applicable.
  • Subscription orders are billed automatically based on the chosen frequency.
  • Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or canceled through your account settings.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations Before Shipment

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.
  • If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@shopanmol.com
  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will make every effort to cancel it. However, once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellations After Shipment

  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to our Return & Refund Policy 

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have signed up for a Subscribe & Save option:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account settings.
  • If an order has already been processed and billed, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for processed subscription orders.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is placed. However, if you need to make changes:

  • Contact us at info@shopanmol.com as soon as possible.
  • If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to update it.
  • Once an order has shipped, no modifications can be made.

5. FAILED OR REJECTED PAYMENTS

  • If a payment fails for any reason (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), your order will not be processed.
  • Subscription orders with failed payments will be paused until updated payment details are provided.
  • Customers are responsible for updating their payment information in their account settings.
