Here’s your updated Shipping Policy with the correct delivery times for each shipping method.


SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Shop Anmol! We are committed to delivering high-quality products to your doorstep efficiently and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently only ship within the Lower 48 States of United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders:

Express Shipping 2-3 business days $20
FREE SHIPPING 3-5 business days Orders over $35
  • Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
  • Free shipping applies to orders over $35 (subject to change).

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@shopanmol.com


5. UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at info@shopanmol.com


6. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopanmol.com with your order number and photos.
  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to state laws or regulations. If applicable, this will be noted on the product page.

8. CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
