Ingredients

  • 16 oz fettuccine pasta (cooked to al dente)
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • 2 oz butter
  • 4 tablespoons (2 oz) Anmol Malai Boti Marinade
  • 4 tablespoons (2 oz) water (to loosen the sauce)
  • 1 lb boneless chicken thigh strips
  • 6 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 12 oz milk
  • 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 oz chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1: Cook the Fettuccine

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente (firm to the bite, about 8-10 minutes).
  • Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce Base

  • In a saucepan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-low heat until the butter melts.

Step 3: Cook the Malai Boti Marinade

  • Add Anmol Malai Boti Marinade to the saucepan and mix well.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of water to loosen the marinade and let it cook for 1 minute to release its flavors.

  • Sear for 1-2 minutes per side, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Step 5: Make the Creamy Sauce

  • Pour in milk and heavy whipping cream, stirring to combine.
  • Bring to a gentle boil and let it simmer for 1 minute until slightly thickened.

Step 6: Combine with Pasta

  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce.
  • Gently toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated.
  • Taste and adjust salt as needed.

Step 7: Finish & Serve

  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
