The Legacy of Bihari Kabab
Bihari Kabab originates from the historic region of Bihar, India, where royal Mughal kitchens perfected the art of grilling thinly sliced, spice-marinated beef over open flames. Known for its bold flavors and melt-in-your-mouth texture, this dish became a staple in South Asian cuisine, celebrated for its smoky aroma and rich, spiced marinade.
With Anmol’s Bihari Kabab Marinade, you can now experience the authentic flavors of Bihar in just a few simple steps.
