Ingredients
Base
- 4 cups puffed rice (murmura)
- 1 cup sev (thin crispy chickpea noodles)

½ cup roasted peanuts
Fresh Additions
- 1 small mango, diced
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds (anar)
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Small Green Jalapeneo, finely chopped

½ cup boiled and diced potatoes (optional)
Chutneys & Seasoning
- 8 Tablespoon (4oz) Anmol Mango Chutney
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp black salt
- ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
Garnish
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Method
Step 1: Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, sev, and roasted peanuts.
Step 2: Add Fresh Ingredients
Toss in mangoes, pomegranate seeds, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and potatoes.
Step 3: Flavor Explosion with Chutneys
- Add Anmol Mango Chutney, red chili powder, chaat masala and lemon juice
- Mix everything thoroughly so the chutneys coat the ingredients evenly.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
- Top with extra sev and chopped cilantro for crunch and freshness.
